Education & Training
Samantha graduated from Ashmead College with honors in December 2004, and is a Licensed Massage Practitioner licensed by the Washington Department of Health. She has done many continuing education hours on topics including: Rain drop Therapy, traditional Thai massage, Chinese head massage, lymphatic brushing as well as hot stone, cupping, essential oils, and more. She focuses her treatment massage on what each individual person needs to create an individualized and holistic approach for each patient.
Why she is here
Samantha is passionate about massage because of how it works for the person as a whole, relaxing the mind and body while it heals from daily routines and stresses. She feels it’s really a blessing to be a part of that story. To see the changes in the patients’ mood, the decrease in pain and/or stress after a session or treatment plan has been followed through is so rewarding to Samantha.
Outside of massage, Samantha loves spending time with her husband, their sons and puppy. They love to travel together, listen to records and go to baseball games.
“Samantha has such a natural calming and healing ability that you feel throughout every treatment. In addition to that, she is also so skilled in her massage techniques and has continued to expand her knowledge to help patients. Samantha is talented at finding exactly which techniques are best for each individual patient to get results they desire.” Jessica Tatieze, Founder of Zara Clinic
