Education & Licenses
In 2011 Alyssa received her Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from Portland State University. She then went on to the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland where she was awarded her Masters of Science of Oriental Medicine in 2018. She is nationally certified with the NCAAOM and a licensed East Asian Medicine Practitioner, and Acupuncturist, in the state of Washington.

Alyssa loves her job at Zara Clinic because it gives her the opportunity to do all she can to help people feel better with acupuncture and herbal medicine.

When she’s not helping patients at Zara Clinic, Alyssa loves to enjoy the outdoors as well as spending time cooking. She also loves to relax with a good movie.
